Robert founded Nordic FinOps after a 15-year career in finance across investment banking, large corporates, and high-growth companies. His background includes investment banking at RBS and Nordea, Senior Business Controller at Amer Sports, Business Control roles at Fazer, CFO at Saxdor Yachts, and Finance Director Nordics at Customs Support Group. He holds an MSc in Finance from Hanken and a CFO Program qualification from Aalto University Executive Education. He speaks Finnish, Swedish, and English.
Henna brings broad experience in accounting and financial administration, with a background including bookkeeping, financial statements, tax filings, and client advisory work at iCount Partners and Finnfoam. She holds an MSc in Accounting and Finance from Turun kauppakorkeakoulu and is fluent in Finnish and English.
Taru has broad and versatile experience in payroll, financial administration, and customer service. Most recently, she worked as a Payroll & HR Specialist at Azets Insight Oy, where she was responsible for managing a wide range of payroll processes and onboarding new payroll clients. Before that, her roles included specialist and development positions in financial administration at Aalto Group Oy (Varuste.net).
Years of experience in financial administration and customer service have given Taru a deep understanding of clients' needs and a solution-oriented approach to her work. She is committed to providing reliable, expert, and approachable service, even in the most demanding payroll situations. Her particular strengths are complex payroll processes and client-focused service. She is fluent in Finnish and English.
Elina is responsible for the company's sales and marketing. She brings strong business acumen and a client-focused approach, helping companies find the solutions that best fit their needs. A graduate of Turku School of Economics with a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Business Administration, Elina ensures that clients get the greatest possible value from working with us.
