Robert founded Nordic FinOps after a 15-year career in finance across investment banking, large corporates, and high-growth companies. His background includes investment banking at RBS and Nordea, Senior Business Controller at Amer Sports, Business Control roles at Fazer, CFO at Saxdor Yachts, and Finance Director Nordics at Customs Support Group. He holds an MSc in Finance from Hanken and a CFO Program qualification from Aalto University Executive Education. He speaks Finnish, Swedish, and English.
Henna brings broad experience in accounting and financial administration, with a background including bookkeeping, financial statements, tax filings, and client advisory work at iCount Partners and Finnfoam. She holds an MSc in Accounting and Finance from Turun kauppakorkeakoulu and is fluent in Finnish and English.
